Luckin Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the luckin platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the luckin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the luckin platform, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing the platform via mobile device, web browser, or any application we provide. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The luckin platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of such services.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the luckin platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information at registration or during account verification may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact luckin's support team immediately at [email protected].
Luckin reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the luckin platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and valid before confirming any deposit or withdrawal.
Deposits are usually processed instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. However, in certain situations — such as when additional verification is required or a third-party system disruption occurs — processing may take longer. luckin is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of the account verification process. Users who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's policies and schedules.
Luckin reserves the right to withhold or delay any payment where suspicious activity is detected, an unresolved chargeback request exists, or an account is under investigation. Users will be notified via email or an in-platform message regarding any such action.
User Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability
User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts, including any bets placed, financial transactions, and communications within the luckin platform. Users must comply with all laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates applicable law. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, manipulate the system, or obtain gains through unauthorised means will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Luckin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. luckin's total liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Luckin reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, false information provided during registration, or at the user's own request. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be subject to investigation before being processed.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the luckin support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard policy once verification is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the luckin platform — including design, logos, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of luckin and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from luckin.
Third-Party Links
The luckin platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only, and luckin is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of those websites independently.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Luckin reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure. Continued use after the date the changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the luckin platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
